How long does shipping take?
Every piece is handcrafted to order, so it isn’t ready to ship immediately. Please allow time for both production and delivery:
- Production time: 2–3 weeks while we create and prepare your piece for shipping.
- U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.
- International shipping: 10–20 business days once your order has been dispatched.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your jewelry is on its way.

How should I care for my jewelry?
We want your jewelry to remain as beautiful as the day it arrives. Here are our care tips:
Sterling Silver 925
- Everyday wear: Always make your jewelry the final touch. Apply perfumes, lotions, or sprays first, allow them to fully dry, and then put on your piece to avoid residue buildup.
- Storage: Keep in a dry jewelry box or pouch. Store pieces separately to prevent tarnish and scratches.
- Cleaning: Use a soft polishing cloth regularly. For deeper cleaning, wash gently with mild soap and warm water, then dry thoroughly. Use silver cleaner occasionally if needed.
- Avoid exposure: Remove before swimming, exercising, or showering. Chlorine, salt water, and sweat can accelerate tarnish.
Gold (10k, 14k, 18k — Yellow, Rose & White)
- Everyday wear: Always make your gold jewelry the final touch. Apply perfumes, lotions, or sprays first, let them fully dry, and then put on your piece to keep it shining and free from residue buildup.
- Storage: Store separately in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.
- Cleaning: Wash gently with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cloths or harsh chemicals.
- Avoid exposure: Remove before swimming, workouts, or showering. Chemicals, salt water, and sweat can dull the finish.
How do I find out my ring size before ordering?
The ring size you select at checkout will be the exact size we craft for you, so it’s important to measure carefully. To help, you can follow one of these methods or watch a video I created that walks you through the process step by step.
- Use a Ring Sizer: Order an inexpensive sizer online (around $3–$4 on Amazon).
- Visit a Jeweler: Most jewelers will size your finger for free.
- Measure at Home: Wrap string or paper around your finger, mark where it overlaps, and measure in millimeters. Compare your measurement with a standard ring size chart.
Sizing Tips: Avoid measuring when your hands are very hot or cold, as temperature affects finger size. For the most accurate result, measure at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest.
Because each ring is handcrafted to order, please confirm your size before purchasing.
What is your return policy for U.S. and Colombia?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds, as each piece is handcrafted to order. For health and hygiene reasons, jewelry cannot be resold once worn. Please take your time to select the piece that feels right for you.
Exchanges
We may allow exchanges under limited circumstances:
- If your item arrives damaged due to craftsmanship or during shipping.
- To request an exchange, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that don’t meet these conditions.
Lost or Damaged Packages (Domestic)
All orders are fully insured. In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, we’ll file a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements are only issued once the claim is approved and paid. If denied, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
